Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to use of this website and to the sale of products and services by Bayline Clinical Supply Co. unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

1. Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order with Bayline Clinical Supply Co. (“Bayline”, “we”, “us”), you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the practice or facility you represent, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Who we sell to
We supply licensed healthcare practices, facilities, agencies and other businesses. Certain items are restricted to purchasers holding an appropriate professional licence or registration, and we may require proof before shipping. We do not sell prescription drugs or controlled substances.
3. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to manufacturer availability. Prices exclude applicable Florida sales tax unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is on file. Typographical or system errors in price or specification do not bind us; where an error is discovered we will contact you before processing.
4. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or dispatch the goods, whichever is earlier. We may decline or limit any order, including for credit, allocation or regulatory reasons.
5. Payment
Approved accounts are Net 30 from invoice date. Overdue balances may accrue a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by Florida law, whichever is lower. Card payments above $2,500 carry a 2.4% processing surcharge disclosed at the time of quotation. We may suspend deliveries on past-due accounts after written notice.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery dates are estimates made in good faith. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the address you specify, or on collection at our will-call desk. Shortages or visible damage must be noted on delivery paperwork or reported within three business days. Delivery terms are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Returns
Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Sterile, refrigerated, hazardous, special-order and dated items are generally non-returnable for patient-safety reasons.
8. Product information and clinical responsibility
Product descriptions on this site are purchasing summaries compiled from manufacturer materials. They are not clinical advice, instructions for use, or a substitute for the manufacturer's current labelling. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for its intended clinical use, for training staff, and for following all applicable instructions, storage requirements and regulations.
9. Warranties
New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, which we facilitate on your behalf. Our own labour on service work is warranted for 90 days on the specific fault addressed. Except as expressly stated, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose on resold goods.
10. Service work
Service is performed in accordance with manufacturer guidance and recognised biomedical practice. Diagnosis is quoted before repair work begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults not identified in the quoted scope, for damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repair, or for consequential losses arising from equipment downtime.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost revenue or cancelled appointments. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including hurricanes and severe weather, manufacturer allocation, carrier disruption, utility or network failure, labour action, or government action.
13. Website use and intellectual property
Content on this site, including text, layout, photography and the Bayline mark, belongs to us or our licensors. You may print or share pages for legitimate business evaluation. You may not scrape, republish or use the content commercially without written permission, nor attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution by direct discussion before filing.
15. Changes
We may revise these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
