Why practices switch

National catalogs, local hands

Most clinics in Pinellas and Pasco buy from a national distributor and wait three days for a box of tongue depressors that sits in a hub 900 miles away. We keep the fast-moving 6,200 SKUs on a shelf eleven miles from your front door, and we drive them over ourselves.

Where a national account gives you a portal and a ticket number, Bayline gives you a named rep who knows that your Tuesday clinic runs heavy on 4x4 gauze and that your autoclave is due for a chamber gasket in March.

Calibration records that survive a survey

Every preventive-maintenance visit ends with a signed report: device, serial, location, test values, pass/fail, technician, next due date. We keep a copy for seven years and email you the PDF the same afternoon.

  1. Asset walk-through

We tag and photograph every serviceable device in the building and build your equipment register.

  2. Scheduled PM calendar

Annual or semi-annual visits assigned to real dates, not "sometime in Q3".

  3. Repairs with loaner cover

If a bench repair takes more than 48 hours we drop a loaner autoclave or monitor so you never cancel a patient.

  4. Survey binder

Printed and digital documentation ready for AAAHC, Joint Commission or state inspection.

Stocked, not drop-shipped

92% of our order lines ship from our own Tarpon Springs shelves. You are not waiting on a third-party warehouse in another time zone.

Substitution before backorder

When a manufacturer allocates, we call with two clinically equivalent options and the price difference in writing — before your par level hits zero.

Hurricane readiness

We pre-stage storm kits every June: fuel for the vans, backup generator for the cold chain, and a printed call list so orders keep moving when the power does not.

In their words

What our customers actually say

“Our autoclave failed on a Thursday afternoon with a full Friday schedule. Bayline had a loaner in our sterilization room before close and our unit back the next week. That is the whole reason we moved our consumables to them too.”

— Practice manager, three-provider family medicine clinic, Palm Harbor

“I used to spend the first hour of every Monday chasing backorders. Now I get one email on Friday telling me what is short and what they are substituting. My ordering time dropped to about ten minutes a week.”

— Office administrator, urgent care center, New Port Richey

“Their PM documentation was the cleanest thing in our accreditation binder. The surveyor asked who prepared it.”

— Clinical director, multi-site specialty group, Tampa

Questions we get before the first order

Do you have an order minimum?

No minimum for will-call pickup at 1063 Mapleview Drive. Delivery inside Pinellas and Pasco County is free over $250; below that we add a flat $19 route fee. Statewide freight is quoted at cost with no handling markup.

How fast can you get supplies to my clinic?

Stocked items ordered before 2:00 PM ET ship or route the same business day. Our own van covers Pinellas and Pasco next morning. Emergency after-hours pickup can be arranged by phone for existing accounts.

Can you service equipment you did not sell us?

Yes, and most of what we service was bought elsewhere. Our technicians work on autoclaves, exam tables, centrifuges, vitals monitors, defibrillators, dental chairs, vaccine refrigerators and procedure lights regardless of origin.

What are your payment terms?

Net 30 on approved credit after a short application. We also take purchase orders from facility groups, ACH, and all major cards. Card payments over $2,500 carry a 2.4% processing surcharge that we show on the quote, never as a surprise line.

Are you a manufacturer?

No. Bayline is an independent distributor and service provider. We resell products from established manufacturers and we do not make medical claims about them beyond the manufacturer's own labeling and instructions for use.

Need a price on a standing order?

Send us last quarter's invoices. We will line-item match what we can, flag what we can beat, and tell you honestly where another distributor is already giving you a better number.
