Services & programs

Supply is half the job. These are the programs that keep the equipment running and the stockroom honest.

Program A

Scheduled preventive maintenance

An annual or semi-annual calendar covering every serviceable device in your building. Each visit includes visual and mechanical inspection, electrical safety testing, performance verification against manufacturer tolerances, cleaning of accessible components, and a signed report with next-due dates.

Typical clinic: one four-hour visit per year for a five-room practice.

Program B

Repair & loaner cover

Bench and on-site repair for autoclaves, exam tables, centrifuges, monitors, ECG carts, dental chairs, compressors and vacuum systems. Diagnosis is quoted before work begins. If the repair will exceed 48 hours, we place a loaner where we have one in the pool.

Response: same-day triage call, on-site within one business day in Pinellas and Pasco.

Program C

Par-level inventory management

We count your stockroom on a fixed cycle, replenish to agreed par levels, remove dead stock, and issue a quarterly spend report by category. Barcode shelf cards let staff flag reorders without opening a portal.

Result: most clients cut consumable carrying stock by 15–25% in the first two quarters.

Program D

New practice & build-out packages

Opening a location? We build the full equipment and consumable list from your floor plan and specialty, phase deliveries around your construction schedule, install and in-service on hand-over day, and stay on site for the first patient morning.

Lead time: start the conversation 10–14 weeks before opening.

Deep dive

What an autoclave service visit actually covers

  1. Cycle observation

We run a full wrapped cycle and record chamber temperature, pressure and time against the manufacturer's stated profile.

  2. Gasket, valve and filter

Door gasket condition, safety valve function, air filter, water quality and reservoir condition. Consumables replaced on interval, not on failure.

  3. Calibration check

Independent temperature probe comparison. Out-of-tolerance units are adjusted or flagged for service before they fail a spore test.

  4. Electrical safety

Leakage current and ground integrity per common facility requirements.

  5. Documentation

Signed report with values, photos of wear items and the next due date — emailed the same day and archived for seven years.
