1. Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This site is built with semantic HTML landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for meaningful images, colour contrast ratios tested against AA thresholds, and support for the reduced-motion preference so animations are suppressed for visitors who ask for that.
2. Known limitations
Some PDF documents produced by manufacturers and supplied on request are not fully tagged for screen readers. Where you need one of those documents in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide the content in plain text or read it to you by phone.
3. Testing
We test with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom to 200%, macOS VoiceOver and NVDA on Windows, and automated contrast and structure checks whenever the site changes.
4. Feedback
